PoupaNaEnergia is an independent electricity tariff comparator in Portugal. We act as the data controller for your data.
Data we collect
- Email (when you sign up for the waitlist or create an account)
- Data extracted from the bill you upload (MVP phase)
- Minimal technical information for operation (session, IP)
Legal bases
Consent (waitlist, bill upload), contract execution (switching service), legitimate interest (security and anonymous aggregate analysis).
How long we keep data
Waitlist emails until launch + 30 days or until removal request. Anonymous bill data up to 30 days. Accounts and associated data until deletion request.
Your rights

Complaints
You may file a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.
