By using PoupaNaEnergia you agree to the terms described on this page. We are an independent comparator, not an electricity provider nor responsible for the service provision of the compared providers.
What we do
We analyze your bill, compare against market offers and show you transparent recommendations. The final decision is always yours. We offer an optional switching support service.
What we don't do
- We do not contract electricity on your behalf without explicit authorization.
- We do not guarantee that the recommended offer remains available from the provider.
- We do not replace the informed decision of the consumer.
Right of withdrawal
If you contract the switching support service, you have 14 days to withdraw at no cost, under Decree-Law 24/2014.
Limitation of liability
Savings estimates are indicative and may vary depending on actual consumption and contractual conditions. We are not responsible for differences between the estimate and the final bill from the new provider.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
